1. Nature of AI Output

EnGenAI's AI agents are powered by third-party large language models (LLMs). These models generate output based on statistical patterns in training data. EnGenAI does not control the underlying model behavior, and AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated code and content may contain: bugs, logic errors, or unintended behavior; security vulnerabilities; outdated patterns or deprecated APIs; code that does not compile, build, or pass tests; content that is factually incorrect. EnGenAI does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, security, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output.

3. Human Review Required

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated code before deploying to production environments. EnGenAI's platform includes a Pull Request workflow requiring human approval before code is merged, but the responsibility for verifying code quality and security rests entirely with you.

4. No Liability

EnGenAI shall not be liable for any damages, losses, security incidents, data breaches, service disruptions, or any other harm arising from the use of AI-generated code or content. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from deploying AI-generated code to production systems.

5. Data and Training

Your code and project data are never used to train AI models. All project data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

6. EU AI Act Transparency

In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), we disclose that: EnGenAI is an AI-powered system; all code and content output is generated by artificial intelligence; the system uses third-party LLM providers for inference; and human oversight is built into the platform workflow through mandatory code review before deployment.
